2. What Data We Process

  • Contact form data — name, email, optional phone/company, and message. Used to respond to your inquiry.
  • Technical traffic data (IP, browser type, visit time, pages viewed) — only if you opted in to analytics cookies. Aggregated and anonymized.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

3.1 Essential (always active)

  • pta-cookie-consent (localStorage) — stores your cookie preference. Retention: until you clear it manually.

3.2 Analytics (opt-in only)

No analytics tool is currently active. We plan to use Plausible Analytics — a GDPR-friendly tool that doesn't set cookies, doesn't fingerprint, and processes data within the EU. It will run only after you opt in via the cookie banner.

3.3 Marketing / tracking

None. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no remarketing tools.

4. Legal Basis

  • Contact form: pre-contractual measures on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Essential cookies: legitimate interest — site functionality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Analytics cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable anytime

5. Retention

  • Contact data: up to 24 months after last interaction. If a business relationship arises, retention follows accounting/tax law (10 years).
  • Analytics data (when active): aggregated, non-deanonymized, max 13 months.

6. Recipients & Processors

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. Technical processors under DPA:

  • Websupport s.r.o. — domain & email hosting (Slovakia, EU)
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN & DDoS protection (if activated; EU data centres, GDPR certified)
  • Plausible Insights OÜ — analytics (if activated; Estonia, EU)

7. Your GDPR Rights

  • Right of access

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to legitimate-interest processing
  • Right to withdraw consent (for analytics cookies; not retroactive)

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption, 2FA on admin accounts, full-disk encryption on devices, periodic access audits.

9. Changes

Material changes (e.g. new analytics tools) will be reflected here with an updated effective date above. If changes affect your active consents, we'll ask for new consent.
